The ReMed Conference: ‘Beyond Disposal: Building a Circular Economy for Medical Devices' will take place on 17th September 2024
The conference aims to provide an overview of the latest research and current industrial initiatives in support of the application of the Circular Economy in the healthcare sector. The programme will feature:
- Presentations from industrial and academic practitioners
- Poster session showcasing the latest leading research
- Industry exhibition and technology demonstrations
We invite practitioners and leaders working within the NHS and healthcare sector, industry professionals from across the healthcare supply and recovery chain, and academic researchers working within multidisciplinary fields encompassing sustainability within the healthcare sector, to join the conference and contribute to this vibrant and active community.
There will be a dedicated poster session during the conference, with prizes available for the top 3 posters. We welcome poster presentations from academic and industry researchers who would like to share their latest research achievements with conference delegates. We welcome submissions of research around the topic of 'circular economy of small medical devices' and from multiple disciplines, including: engineering, modelling, design, business, and healthcare science.

Poster Abstract Submission
There will be a dedicated poster session during the conference, with a prize available for the best poster. If you would like to present a poster at the conference, please submit your abstract (no more than 150 words) by 31st July 2024, using the link below. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference programme.

There are limited number of tickets available which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once these have all been allocated, we will hold a waiting list for any further tickets that become available.
